Fat-loss and Protein Shakes.

I'm 27 years old, 6 ft. 1", and I weigh 229lbs at about 24% body fat. I'm trying to lose fat and gain some muscle. My end goal is to weigh around 187 lbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week and I'm doing intermittent fasting with a well balanced diet. However when it comes to protein shakes I have no idea what to do, in the past I used Muscle Milk but I dropped it after I heard that it's not so good for fat-loss.

With so much information out there it tends to get confusing. Which Protein Shake would you guys recommend I take?
