I am a bit curious, if you can lose fat "better". My question is, if I run let's say, hour every day and work out 5x in a week but eat really a lot like maybe in a surplus, but not junk, just clean food, will it be same as if I just workout, but don't do any cardio and not eat a lot, but at end of the day I would have same calories? I am curious if I eat more and run more, if my body will recompose or it will have same effect while being in same calorie deficit at end of a day?
