Bulking progress question

For almost a year now, I have been in a clean bulking phase. Prior to that, I cut and lost 40 lbs of fat while strength training. I was 138 with 10% body fat in Sept 2018 when I switched to the bulking phase. Now, I am 151 with 13% (almost 14%) body fat. I have been doing the fierce 5 program.

The question I have:

1. Is this a good pace? From what I have read, it is expected to gain about 1 lb of fat for 1 lb of muscle when bulking so I am guessing I have gained maybe 6 lbs of muscle during this year. Keep in mind at the start of my bulk, I was trying different workout routines and didn't know what I was doing. I am taking in 2,790 calories a day with a 40 protein/40 carbs/20 fat split.

Also note, all my workouts are using free weights, workout bench, and pull-up bar at home. No gym equipment.
