Hi everyone looking for some help bulking up
Recently stopped playing rugby in may and weighed 85 as of may 15th and now after a exposition to Africa came back weighing 73kg . I currently stand at 182cm what kind of calorie intake / diet should I be going for (train 5x a week total 5+hrs and walk 15000+ steps everyday)😁
