Best eating habits questions, I mean habits about how to eat.

It may sound absurd, but I am starting to see eating properly and knowing how to eat properly as the same as exersising properly.

I have some questions related to proper eating habits on how to eat properly

1. When eating, do you guys use bare hands ?

I know this sounds like a absurd question, but I am wondering what is the best way to eat - using bare hands or using knife, spoon and forks etc ?

I have normally eaten with bare hand in the past. I am also experienced stomach flu from time to time, even when I wash hands before eating.

2. Chewing ?

Just how much Chewing the food is needed ? Or You just chew food for 8 or 9 times then gulp down the food ?

3. Drinking during eating ?

When it comes to drinking water during food, do you drink as you eat, or drink after you have eaten fully or drink before eating etc ?

4. Size of the food during eating ?

As much as you can put the food in mouth in one or The amount you can comfortably chew ?

5. Anything else that maybe important in how to eat properly ?
