I'm starting a cut and I just wonder if it's beneficial as it can be a little harder to track macros and calories?
If you eat the same thing all the time then you'll pretty much be spot on with both. But I'm wondering about nutrition labels. Could some be off too much and thinking I'm getting 2500 when I could be over by 100 or lower by a hundred without knowing?
It's not that I'm scared to eating any sort of food, it's just I hear nutrition labels aren't completely accurate.
Thanks.
