Another Chicken Thread

What's up everyone. I'm new to the fourm and am trying to get back into the swing of things.

I've been falling off lately with meeting my macros. From trying chicken breasts, various cuts of beef, and fish. They all seem blah to me. But I love chicken thighs. My question is, if I buy the boneless / skinless thighs and from there trim the fat off are they a good option?

Currently I try to hit 200 grams of protein and 250 grams of carbs a day.

Also, this isn't so much nutrition. Or maybe it is 🤔 The past nineish months have been pretty crazy. I was 5' 7" weighing at 172 with around 10% bodyfat. Fast forward to now and I'm just over 150.

Currently I workout everyday, so I possibly might be overdoing it but I'm not entirely sure. In addition, my energy is always in the toilet.

Hopefully y'all can throw some advice my way!
