When to take Whey protein while Intermittent fasting to maximize weight loss

Hey guys,
So currently my body fat is 13% and I can see 3/4 abs and am trying to get down to 10%. I am by no means gigantic, but I took a hiatus from lifting a few months ago and have resumed at the start of April with IF and lifting. I am on a 500 calorie deficit each day! My plan is as follows:
-I lift on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
-I do cardio/abs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and HIIT/abs on Saturday.

I typically range from an 19/5 to a 17/7 fasting window. I break my fast at 12 pm and eat only once more at around 6. On my lifting days, I like to workout after class from 5-6 and eat dinner immediately after. Do you think I need to take Whey protein powder on these days, considering I always workout a couple hours after having my first meal and right before the next meal? Maybe I can take it immediately before lifting or after lifting and prior to eating, if necessary.
Furthermore, on my cardio days- I usually run fasted at around 11 am and eat immediately after at 12. This is another worry because I don't want to loose muscle and only use fat, do you think I should take whey right after running and just prior to eating my first meal at around 12?

My main goal is decreasing my fat % and so I want to limit my intake of whey protein only on the days that you feel are necessary to reduce muscle loss. I weigh 131 pounds and typically always get around 90-100 grams of protein without supplements.

Thanks
