Hi, I've successfully been on the Warrior Diet for many years now. So far I've been fasting throughout the morning and having a raw veggie snack in the afternoon before having my huge dinner after my workout in the evening.
But now I'm in a new workplace and my colleagues eat between 11-12 am, a 30 min lunch break; that's the ONLY official "lunch break". There's a lot of peer pressure going on and I'm not liking it at all. I intend to once in a while go and sit with them (I can't even eat so early, but just to show face), but then I'd be sacrificing my lunch snack, which I really need for refreshment and strength.
So my question is: What is the better option to bring to work as the (only) lunch snack? A protein-shake or a salad? I think the answer is obvious: We have an open room office and there's zero privacy (!) Even if you leave the room, they can see what you're doing, because the walls are made out of glass (!).
I'm not a big fan of protein-shakes, but I need confirmation or ideas from people in similar bully situations. Can anyone help please?
(The official law says that we can 3x10 minutes or 2x15 minute breaks).
