Hey guys, been lifting for a year or so and been bulking the whole time. Got up to 6'0, 180 lbs, ~18% BF if I had to guess. A few calorie calculators I've checked have my maintenance at 2400-2800 calories a day, as a result I've cut my calories down to about 1850 a day + however many are in my mom's cooking (which is usually a large portion of rice and chicken, I'm guessing at least 500 calories in this meal). My macros are about 200g protein, 200g carbs, and however many fats to fill in the remaining calories. Today is day 10 of my cut, and I'm only down a pound if that, and my strength is going up in the gym. I found this a little odd, should I cut the calories any further?
