Hi everyone, I’m not new to weight training but I’m certainly new to bodybuilding I.e dieting and eating clean.
In the past I used to be a dirty bulking mass monster. Choosing strength and size over conditioning. But I stopped training 7 years ago and just recently started back and this time really want to focus more on my overall condition rather than size....
I’m 6ft 2” and roughly 16stone (224lbs)
I started back training February this year and I was 18.8 stone (260lbs) (lardass)
So I’ve managed to cut down a bit. But was just wondering if anyone here could help me tweak my daily diet a little to maximise results, as I’m doing a lot of guess work within my daily food intake with regards to amounts.
