Intermittent fasting.

Stumbled into this the other day and the science is well founded and not just in a body builder stance. There is a firm understanding about the stimulation of the body to do many things here.

What is odd is I have sort of been on this wagon for many years and not even known it. I used to eat only once/day for years. People think I am odd for not eating at lunch. In a previous job I was able to skip lunch and just leave earlier. That was my motivation to do it.

If I ran the hours, it would probably be 16-20hrs before eating. however, Coffee might have spoiled that.

I am curious if anyone has found bliss using this method and still gaining mass? I realize you still need the right calories but from a science standpoint, it appears muscle loss just cannot occur in this small window and if training is timed right with eating, it could be a good recipe.
