Hello,
So I have been tracking my food to the T as I can tell but have been weighing meats after cooking and not before cooking. Would this cause me to over calcuate calories? Asking this because raw meat contains water and thought I would not get the right amount of protein if I weighed food with water in it and should weigh it after its cooked. However I read on this site that when you cook meat you are not cooking away the protins, carbs or fats just the water content of the produce and should weigh items raw. Insights?
Kind Regards
Might finally make progress.
