How much do you lose in water and glycogen at the start of a cut?

See thread title. Is there some way to calculate by percentage of lean body mass? Or is it too different for everyone? Or does nobody really know? Hard to Google this without pages of worthless results.

I lost 3 lbs in 4 days scale weight, and calculate 1 lb loss in calorie deficits. Is only 2 lbs loss in glycogen/water storage reasonable or should I expect more? I have about 145 lbs lbm. What I am really interested in is calibrating calorie deficit after a couple weeks or so only counting fat loss.
