I think I have lower chest sag. I am mainly doing for two years now.. calisthenics like chin ups and also tricep parallel bar dips and alot of walks . I don't think I ever I work out my chest . It never looked this way before so many years chin ups . Do I need just incline movements? Is this fine just genetics and lower chest developed enough? Can't find attach image.
