Hey guys. I don't know it's the right forum to post this type of question but I had to ask it. I started going to gym 2 weeks ago. I have Crackling sounds from the shoulder joints. It's not during the workout. I feel it randomly sometime or probably i am overthinking about it. It's not now when I joined the gym. I feel it years ago. I have no issues during weight lifting or exercise. I do all the exercises as other newbie are doing there. Is it due to deficiency of vitamins or calcium? Should i make my diet better? or it's just normal and happens with some of you guys also? Any answer will be helpful. Thanks
