This has happened multiple times recently. 30 second spells. After brief strenuous activity. Lugging a suitcase backpack down the street. Walking up 50+ stairs when escalator was out. Bringing heavy dumbbells back to rack after a set. I assumed cause from prior-week smoking binge, but this many times is odd.
I've smoked on/off for years but am in great shape. 5'10 170 lean. I lift weights/cardio 4-5 times a week and I eat super healthy.
I smoke less than I did years back, and never experienced withdrawal symptoms. A pack or two a month. This past week was entire pack.
