Where to go to get accurate nutritional information about common foods?

Which website do you go to get accurate information about common foods like chicken breast or chicken thighs? For eg. if I google 'calories in 1 oz of raw boneless skinless chicken breast' I get results that claim anything from 32.5 calories to 47 calories. Same with MyFitnessPal. Not to mention that the results also sometimes mix in cooked and uncooked results.
