Probably everyone who made a high protein "diet" experienced difficulties when sitting on the throne, so I looked for answers and found out that veggies, green things and so on are obviously not only very healthy, but could fix those problems. They didn't for me, so maybe I did something wrong.
But either way, my question: Can you eat protein foods, like cottage cheese, together with fiber fruites, like carrots
Or is it better to eat them seperately, and if so, how long should the gap be betwene consumption of these two?
