What should I be eating in the morning before my workout?

I want to put on size. What should I be eating for breakfast?

I'm a latte addict, 3 a day. Is that okay if I want to put on size without a gut?

I go to the gym first thing in the morning. My workouts are heavy compound lifts, some accessory work, and running the track for 2mi.

I'm currently just drinking a caramel macchiato upon waking, few vitamins, then at the gym taking pre (GAT Nitraflex) and some Steel Anabolic for the vitamins.
