Hi all,
I am planning to show my abs, and each day I eat:
* 400 gram peas
* 350 gr. Salad,
* 4-5 portion dried beef & pastrami
* Protein powder.
And whenever I get hungry, I ate cucumbers, I eat 4-5 daily.
1. Is it safe to eat unlimited cucumbers?
2. I am planning to remove peas from diet. Does that make sense?
