Right now im 70kg and I hope to build some muslce and gain weight. I did my meal plan with 4 meals and decent foods like eggs, meat, rice, nuts etc. I aimed like 2900 calories to gain weight but the problem is when I calculated all the calories and protein I get that my protein size was too much I guess. I got it 173g. I know for my mass as 70kg 140g would be okay but is 173g protein in day as 70kg guy is dangerous?
