$30 a day diet ??

hello everyone,

i want to gain some lean muscle mass. more like 2-3 lbs a months for like 3-4 months.
but i have extremely busy schedule though it has its perks :P
(i do manage to find 4 days a week to workout)
(i would like to call myself intermediate in working our activity )
(currently 165 lbs/180 cm. actually i lost weight from 180 in 3 months)

i dont cook and dont want to cook. so i am looking for a diet plan for a $30 a day diet.

here are some preferences.

1. no cooking (only buying food outside and eating -- not even salad making)
2. $30 doesnt include cost of protein shakes.
3. plz be practical. dont suggest a restaurant that is rare.


here is my current diet. (no giggling plz :D )
breakfast -- protein shake and run to office lol
lunch -- 12 inch tuna sandwich in subway or bowl with chicken at chipotle.
dinner -- start driving from office/gym and find any restaurant (maxican/vietnamese/mongolian/indian etc) and eat whatever is on menu
crash in bed like there is no tomorrow.

so help me out here plz.

PS. no judgemental people telling me to cook plz. serious advice.
