What Foods Can I Add To This Daily Intake To Bulk

Do not want to keep this long, but let me know if you need to know anything else. So I'm eating around 3100 calories a day without any supplement and i need to increase it about 200 calories as the gaining is very slow now per 2 weeks. The day consists of all these,

Oats
Peanut Butter
Chickpeas
Brown Bread
Cheddar

Red Rice
Carrots
Broccoli
Eggs
Chicken Breast

Spinach
Tomatoes
Bell Pepper
Salad Dressing

Chicken Thigh
Fish-Tilapia

Curd
Banana

What foods can i add in/vitamins etc am i missing for a good bulk
