Hi guys,
I am hitting the gym almost every day now for the past 2 months, I started training 3 months ago. I can see some gains in my arms and shoulders and also chest. But I have much "baby fat". My belly and my hips are really awkward looking.
I am currently eating 3000 calories a day (small surplus I believe) and I am getting my protein etc. Should I do a cutting fast? I basically want to put on some more muscles and also get rid of that awkward hip/belly fat. I read some stickies, but I dont just want to start doing something, I was wondering if someone experienced could give me some advice. I dont really want to put on more fat because Im eating wrong.
