I'm talking about the type of cakes you'd make as a kid with crispy rice cereal or corn flakes. I seem to remember just melting cooking chocolate, mixing it with the cereal and refrigerating it for an hour.
Yesterday I tried making them with chocolate protein powder, coca powder and honey mixed into a paste with a small amount of water. The end result looked good but they were really chewy rather than crispy. Do I need to add some kind of fat or butter?
