How do you plan your Food Preps?

I know this isn’t a food safety forum, I’m just curious as to how far ahead you prepare your meals so they’re still ok to eat.

At the minute I prep for the same day and the next day , usually rice, chicken, veggies etc but is it safe to prep meals for 3-4 days ahead? Or will the quality/safety etc of them decline? What do you do?

Also I’m not a morning person, does anyone prep eggs the night before and if so what’s the best way?


Any tips appreciated
