Hello Everyone,
Im new to weightlifting and dieting. I know zero about food, im a super super picky eater. is there any good meal creator apps out there where I can enter my daily calories and macros and it will give me meal ideas?
all I know is I need to do 2000 calories daily
196 grams protein
196 grams carbs
74 grams fat
how the hell do I even figure this out, every website or google search gives me freaking encyclopedias of crap, yes it will takes years to get all the knowledge and a routine, but where do I even begin. I don't have 8 hours to figure out each meal.
