Critique Please - Super Simple Diet

What do you think of this super simple diet? 210lb 5'10" male looking to cut. Mostly swim and walk for exercise. I'm considering this because I'm honestly tired of trying to figure out a diet.


1lb Broccoli
10 pieces Raising Cane's Chicken Finger
2 servings Raising Cane's French Fries
3g Fish oil
Multivitamin

This is low in saturated fat. Moderate carbs. Moderate fat. Moderate protein. Seems very middle of the road. Cholesterol is right at the high end of recommended limits. The only thing I'd have to cook is broccoli which is super easy, the rest is being made for me which is great for time and ease.

Higher in saturated fat. Lower carb than the last but still not very low carb. More protein. Cholesterol is pretty high I guess? Needs a little more prep time but wouldn't be too bad. I can eat chicken thighs all day. I can't handle much chicken breast however...unless it's breaded and fried lol.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
