corn flakes work better for me than oats

Probably it is my own digestion problem after getting older, now every morning when i eat oat (roughly 50 grams), after lunch meal i always poo them out even they look like digested completely, the poo is very loosely/water one. I always feel some sick after the poo.

I have no problem for that with corn flakes with hot water. the texture is more or less like oats.

Any suggestion?
