I want to start of by saying that its great to be a part of such community to share ideas and hear opinions we can really learn a lot from each other and perfect ourselves even more so whether its from a physical, psychological or spiritual point of view.
Todays topic as you probably already noticed is about Carbs, fats and protein. I have been wondering a lot about what the best times are to consume the three micronutrients as an example i would usually consume my carbs, moderate fat and protein first thing after fasting for breakfast (13 to 14h anything longer doesn't seem to work with me ) some carbs and protein before my workouts and fats with protein and little to no carbs for dinner before sleep.
what is the most optimal way to eat fats carbs and protein ? can they be mixed ? would consuming the three steadily through the day be the best option ? what are the best foods to break a fast with...
what about the idea of consuming carbs before bed / beginning of a new fast could this help get you through to the next feeding time feeling less hungry and more alert or energised if so what then would be a good way to break your fast.
