Bulking and Cutting

Hello I have lifted from the ages 16-22 then took a break from 22-26 although before I just lifted to lift, and didnt know much about it. I am currently lifting again at age 27 I just completed my first bulk cycle, and my strength gains were great. the thing is now that I am about to cut im not sure how I should go about it. I know that you should be shooting to lose around .75-1.0 lbs per week so you dont lose strength. My question is how much strength will I lose? I would like to cut faster than normal since it is summer season, but I dont know how much strength loss to expect if I cut faster
