Weight Loss and Metabolism Adaptation

Hi Everyone,

I'm writing here in hope to find a solution to my problem. I'm going to try to sum up my relationship with food & weight loss past in a few lines. I first started to diet at 17, I lost 35 pounds in a year and became anorexic, then i gained some weight (10 pounds). Had a such ****ed up relationship with food that i decided to recover, went crazy on calories 2500K-3K while being sedentary, gained back 40 pounds in a few months (i had never been that fat and flubby looking). This year, (now i'm 22) ate vegetarian for several months i lost like 30 pounds.

Now i'm at 125 pounds but i lost muscle and gained muscle during this crazy yoyo diet period.
Now , i'm not losing month since 4 months, i've been eating between 1200 cal and 1600cal per day, ate meat again, burned 2200 calories on average per day , according to my Fitbit.
It's so frustrating , I don't know what to do anymore.

Typical day of eating :
Breakfast : Oat (45g) + some protein powder (10g) + sometimes a fruit
Lunch : Chicken (80g) + Vegetables + Potato (Approx 150g)
Snack : A fruit + 10 almonds sometimes
Dinner : Same as lunch
(I weigh my food and only prepare myself my food, so it's quite accurate and i often end up between

I'm thinking about stoping this low cal diet (that's making more depressed than anything else lol) and adding 4 weight training days a week , lower/ upper split consisting of 40 mn of lifting and 30mn cardio after.
What do you think i should do ?

Thanks everyone.
