I am a female, 48kg, would like to be a few more kilos. (I'm just underweight, BMI 17.6) I've been trying to gain weight but it just isn't happening, the high metabolism might be it. I eat as much as I can stomach, and not all the time.
I think I'm eating good, what is required, everyone else tells me to stuff it more, which for me is easier said than done.
I'm a complete beginner at exercise in daily routine, any advice on that would be great.
Also is it possible to gain height in adulthood, I'm 20 and I've seen a few people on here grow a few inches, just curious if anyone had any tips?
