Need advice badly!! Maintenance calories ??

Hey everyone, sorry for the very long post but I need help and don’t know where to look!! I’m a male, 167.9cm and 23 years old.

In high school I was overweight, over 100kg and was badly bullied, so a few years ago I joined a gym and lost weight and got some muscle. I had a personal trainer and a nutritionist help me out through it all.
This January I went on a super strict cut to do a photo shoot. I went from 78kg to 68kg in 2 months!! And since the photo shoot back in late March I’ve just been trying to maintain my weight not bulking or cutting but the problem is I have no idea how to find my maintenance calories or what mine would be. My trainer has moved away and my nutritionist doesn’t want anything to do with me now unless I keep paying him so he won’t even give me advice on what to do.
Ive been to afraid to eat more because I’m worried if I do I’ll slowly put fat back on over time. I’ve been tracking what I eat with MyFitnessPal and I only get around 1300-1400 calories a day which I know isn’t not enough food considering I’m lifting weights 6 days a week and doing about 30-40 minutes of walking everyday and some boxing a couple days a week. I keep my protein intake between 150-180g a day but other then that I’m to worried to eat more carbs and fats! Since the photoshoot I’ve dropped even more weight to 65kg and gotten weaker in the gym and feel tired some days think I’ve lost some muscle!! How do I figure out my maintenance calories or could anyone give me an idea of what mine are ?? I’ve looked at different calculators online and they all come back with different results but all around the 2000 calorie mark.. being bullied all through high school has left a mental scar on me so since then I’ve always been scared to eat and get fat again even with all healthy food so I wanted people’s opinions how much I should eat or what I should do!! thanks everyone!!
