Hi, im looking for some advice . Im looking to start meal prepping and have never done it before so looking to find out just what sort of portion sizes should I have , I understand everyone may be different. The workout im going to start following says 1.5grams of protein and 1.5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight so what im wondering is that for everymeal or the whole day. Bit of a novice when comes to this type of things . also if anyone would be able to tell me what that was for s guy at 160 pounds that would be great. Thanks in advance
