I’m a 29 y/o female, 5 ft 6 in, weighing 146 lbs.
I used to eat ~1500 cals/day, but I started doing a reverse diet 2 months ago, and am now up to ~1900-2000 cals/day (without any weight gain).
Now that my metabolism seems to be adjusted to 2000 cals, I’m wondering, should I do a cut right away (to 1500-1600 cals) or if I should keep increasing my calories, and try to speed up my metabolism even more before I cut?
FYI - I have a wedding that I am MOH for in early October so I’d like to reach my goal physique by then (though that is not the reason I started this reverse diet, the timeline seemed like it might work.)
