how important are carbs in my diet

i’m 16 years old and weigh around 150 or so give or take. i’m new to body building. i’ve been weight lifting at home, eating somewhat clean such as chicken tuna stuff like that. during this month though i have to fast due to ramadan. we fast from 5am to 8:40 pm. so i workout around 7:30 then eat a chicken and tuna meal, big in protein so my muscles can recover. but idk how often i should include carbs in my diet and what they’re role would be. like i wanna build muscle fast and lose some of my belly fat which even though i am weighing in at 150, i have a little belly but not too big. big enough where i can’t see my bottom 2 packs and somewhat see top 4.
