First of all, I am one of those fast metabolism people, who could never gain any weight all my life, I have never ever passed 72 kg weight mark ever. I am pretty happy with my weight now but always wanted just bit extra

I weighted my self a month ago (was wearing gym clothes) I was at 72.5 kg so without clothes deffo under 72 kg
My weight lifting was going really good, my diet was good, i was eating well, working out, feeling good etc..so i though lets try to gain some weight this time now that i am feeling it, I even bought weight gain protein powder.
So...this is my meal, work out routines etc.. during one month which is deffo out of my comfort zone, i never eat so much if i dont work out, I just never have appetite or stomach for it, plus i am lazy. But this time i have actually been enjoying eating and cooking. I never felt like i was forcing any food, I was always hungry and enjoying all my food
So this was my meal / work out routine during 1 month
Note every single day would include one or two 1250 Cal / 50 g protein shake (Always take one after workout and another one sometimes in the morning if i didn't cook full breakfast or had a late lunch )
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 2 bacon, half a can of beans
omelette with 3 eggs, mixed salmon flakes or ham
Snaking during day:
Mixed nuts, oat bars or biscuits, bananas
Lunch: (note i dont eat trash food just to gain weight, i am too lazy to meal prep for work every day plus i like the taste)
Tuna pasta
Chicken pasta
Feta cheese pasta + big slice of pepperoni pizza
Roast potato + chicken Kiev + coleslaw
Roast potato + steak n cheese wrap + coleslaw
KFC (occasionally)
Burger king (occasionally)
Dinner:
Too much to list but i have been cooking and mixing up, usually a lot of sea food, fish etc...pasta, dumplings, cheese etc... always including broccoli in every single meal. Occasionally pizza, burgers or fast food but that mainly on weekends
Snaking during evening:
Ice cream, pop corn, toasts, fishy snacks
Work out:
4-5 times per week
Mainly free weights / cables
Chest / Back / Shoulders / Legs
No cardio except, smashing boxing bag on the weekend for about 30-40 min then followed by 30 min of pure arms training as I never include arms in any of my workouts
So....i weighted my self in on Saturday in exactly same gym clothes on exact same scales and i was 71.6 kg...........lol! but on the plus note, I think this is the most muscular I have ever been
I honestly just find it hilarious how i never gain any weight, I am very happy with my weight and that i can eat what ever i want whenever i want but it would be nice just to have a little bit extra, i guess its not gonna happen rofl
