Anyone have experience with high calorie yet low carb & sodium foods?
Looking to hit 3.8 - 4k calories a day yet go extremely low on carbs and sodium for about a week or two. Anyone have any food ideas?
I've been thinking about chicken breast, no salt nuts. I still have no idea though.
Suggestions?
