Hey cutting and week off

Hey peeps i hope you have Amazing day. Do i lose alot of muscle of one week my sleep Will be **** i cant workout.... (yesterday i tried but i couldnt even lift my working set... I did 2x 80kg bench which is my workout set i do 3x5...so i been cutting everything went great but this monday i started a New Job that doesnt allow me TO Bring food and i cant buy from resturants cause im broke brothers... All i Can do is wait a week In friday TO Learn Meal prepping (never done it before).. Also do you think i was weak at the gym because i slept 7 hours In 2 days or because cutting?.. Last week i Lost couple reps on military press and bench but i think it was because i havent taken a deload In like 3 Months.... Do i lose alot of muscle if In deficit this week with not the best diet... (i Still try to get 160-180g protein) and not working out but Being active AS Hell... I dont want lose this little muscle mass that i worked Hard for 8 Months... Im 20 and 82kg 179cm tall just In case if needed. Also does creatine make you gain weight? Today i checked the scale it was up by 0,8kg and ive been losing steadily my weight from 85 TO 81kg..and ive been In the deficit too
