Hi guys. I just started going to fitness and i made this meal plan. Do you think its ok?
I am 194cm, 90kg, skinny fat.
1. 3 scrambled eggs + 100g whole grain bread + 50g salat + 2 TS Oliveoil
2. Shake Whey Protein 20g + 100g oats + apple
3. chicken breasts 200g + 200g vegetable+ 150g whole grain pasta + 50g salat + 1 TS Oliveoil
4. Shake Whey Protein 20g + 100g oats + banana
5. 150g quark + 100g Strawberries + 100 g oats
Fitness app says i have 204 proteins here, 364g carbohydrates and 94 fats. 3298 calories (even thought the food seems to be a little little for bulking on a paper). I go to fitness 3 times a week and i am walking 30 min (15+15) to job every day.
You think this is an ok meal plan for starting to gain muscle? Thx for your help and suggestions. greetings
