I recently changed my diet, especially moving away from pasta and bread towards more protine and fruit.
I'm about 189cm and I eat a bowel of low sugar yoghurt with fruit and juice, maybe some oats, as well as some eggs in the morning.
Then in the afternoon I have a whole chicken breast with some vegetables (carrot/broccoli) and a tomato sauce, maybe some brown rice or potato if I feel l like it, and maybe snack on some peanut butter between meals.
And in the evening I have essentially the same as I did for lunch.
This is me trying to eat healthily, and certainly I have more energy.
But now my goal is really just to gain a bit of weight, and it ain't happening.
I haven't been exercising (!), and I don't get fat. Should I just focus on exercise to supplement this diet if I want to fill out even a little? Or is there something I'm missing, like supplements?
