I tend to eat charbroiled chicken and white rice a lot with fish sauce from different pho restraunts and also dine at chipotle a lot for my cut, but I stll count my calories for cutting which is 1958 (My maintenance is 2,500) I workout 5x a week and do abs 3x a week and do cardio 5x a week which is walking on a treadmill for 60 min with 5.0% incline and 4.0 MPH. Can I still lose body fat while doing this? I am 17% body fat and trying to get down to at least 15% to see my abs a little.
