Hey, im 20 years old and tired of looking like ****, so i am going to start fierce 5, thing is im not sure whether to eat at maintenance, a deficit or slight surplus. Im skinny-fat, 5"7/5"8 at 135lbs and just look like ****. I made a post quite a while ago on an old account that I have since lost access to and only got a couple of replies, so im going to try again and see if i can get some more opinions. So judging off the pictures, what do you think i should do and why? Should i cut or eat at maintenance until i stall then transition into a bulk, or just bulk from the get go? Also my frame is ****ing tiny as you can see from my 6 inch wrists, my shoulders are quite narrow, with my hips being quite wide also, so in short i have a ****ty bone structure, is it possible to put on enough mass to overcome this, or will it always be an issue to some degree?
