IDK if right thread
Okay, I havent worked out in awhile due to not wanting to and feeling confident the way I was. I had a terrible break up with my girl which caused me to drink heavily during the process...months....which only made things worse. I still love the girl, but from drinking more and making things worse I decided to exercise to take place of alcohol. All has been going well, as long as my diet, exercise, and routine is in place (it is). I'm committed....but when i was puny i could lift alot more than I can now. I dont get it. How much does alcohol have a toll on my muscle regression? I feel so weak. I'm still dedicated, but I guess it took so much toll on my body. I'm talking about getting blackout everyday for 2 months +. Is alcohol the problem that I'm that much farther back in progress?
