Hey everyone, I've been body building for years now I've always cut and bulked up but wantes to put some size on this time.
I have body dysmorphia so I've always struggled bulking because I cant get my head around eating to grow, my current values is enough to make a grown man laugh
So let's have a laugh..... lol 😃, I'm currently 75kg I roughly eat around 200g protein, 90g carbs and 70g fats as you can see its basically like being in a constant cut.
I want to get to around 80kg what advice macros wise do you have that may help me? I'm good with diets maybe too strict sometimes and I know I need to eat to grow but let's be honest the information passed around when you read it / hear it you think "wtf" I did the nutrition calculator and my results came back something like 233g carbs but not sure jumping up from 100g to that can be done without excessive weight gain due to having such a strict diet for so long.
I always seem to put weight on easily so I'm really bothered about putting in the food to grow.
What do you think the best split is ? Carbs, protein and fats?
Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated
Regards Dave
