New to managing my micros - read my nutrition plan over please

I am 20 years old and am new to managing my macros. I am in good shape but now want to put on muscle.
I am:
5’ 11” 160 pounds. I would guess around 10% body fat.

Here is the bulking plan that I created myself.

Total:
Calories: 3100
Protein: 190g
Carbs: 406g
Fats: 79g

Breakfast/pre lift:
1 banana
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder

Lunch/post lift:
2 cups brown rice
1 cup broccoli
8oz grilled chicken

Afternoon snack:
1/4 cup almond butter
1 cup oats
1 banana

Dinner (different every night but all around same macros so here is one example):

8oz salmon
2 medium sized potatoes
Side of veggies (varies)

Late night snack:
1 cup green grapes
1 cup strawberries

Let me know what you think and if this would work for a starting bulking plan!
