Hi, I am 28 years old. I cycle 5 to 7 days a week. I am 180cm or 5ft 10in tall and weight 80kg or 176 pounds. For cycling I usually have coffee and carbs for breakfast. I don't eat meat but I try to keep a good protein intake via eggs cheese and legumes (and the occational chiken).
I work as a gasist, that means that sometimes I get a big construction contract and I spend a month working all day on the field lifting weight and moving things around. For that i make sure to have big breakfasts and snack a lot.
The problem comes when i finish a contract and I'm left with small jobs fixing ovens and water heaters, which is not very energy demanding.
I need advice on how to adapt my meals when I go back to the low energy requirement stage so I don't gain unwanted weight. And if there's advice on not loosing mass when I'm at the demanding stage it is also welcome.
I hope I made myself clear because I'm not a native wnglish speaker. I tried my best.
Thanks you guys I sm all ears
