How to fix metabolism

180ish 13-15% bf 22 years old 5’6 . I’ve been cutting for about 4 months now and I’m happy with my progress but, my loss has almost completely stopped what started at easy cutting at 2400 is now me struggling to squeeze out a deficit at 2000 . Should I reverse diet ? If so give details as how to do it without gaining bf or any other tool to finish this off WITHOUT gaining bf thanks
